Refund Policy

At Get an Education, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality services and support. However, we understand that sometimes our services may not meet our students' expectations. In such instances, Get an Education offers refunds after conducting a detailed analysis of the students’ grievances. Our team is always available to help students, find suitable resolutions that meet their needs. We believe in building strong relationships with students and strive to ensure that they are satisfied with our services. Eligibility for refund

To be eligible for a refund based on the criteria mentioned below, a student/parents must have paid full fees for a Service within the last 21 days from the date of claiming the refund.

Based on the criteria mentioned above, Get an Education will consider parents or authorized guardians who have made payments on behalf of students as customers.

Conditions for refund

Based on the criteria mentioned above, Get an Education considers refunds only for the following cases:

  • If a customer has paid the full amount for Public Uni, Elite Plan, Future Plan, or IELTS Plus, and they do not receive Service from Get an Education within 8 days from the date of purchase. Customer must ensure the following conditions are met to claim refund, provided:

    • a. Student/parents must have used the correct login credentials to access their account on the website.

    • b. Student/parents must have coordinated with the Get an Education team for resolution, especially if the team reaches out before the 8-day period from the date of purchase.

  • If a student/parents pays an amount that exceeds the price of the service listed on the official Get an Education website, they will receive a refund for the extra amount paid.

  • If the counsellor does not respond 4 or more times in a row without giving any prior notice or communicating through official channels such as Telephone, WhatsApp, or Email.

Possible resolutions other than refund:

  • The total amount paid can be adjusted against other offerings if required, based on the assessment by Get an Education, provided

    • a. Concerns raised by student/parents are deemed valid by Get an Education

    • b. Concerns are deemed reasonable and/or true from both the parties

​

No Refund is offered in the following cases:

  • If the refund claim is initiated by the student/parents after 21 days from the purchase, the request for refund will be denied.

  • If the student/parents have not paid the full amount and their service is revoked due to this reason, then they will not receive a refund for the amount they have already paid.

  • If student/parents paid counselling fees through EMI or part payment, no refund will be processed on the same.

  • If a counselling session is cancelled due to an emergency from either the student/parents or the counsellor's end, and the student/parents is informed beforehand (within 24 hours), then no refund will be granted.

If Get an Education initiates a refund, it will take at least 7 working days to complete the procedure starting from the date of confirmation of the refund.

Please Note:

  • If any token amount is paid, no refund will be processed on the same

  • Get an Education considers Telephone, WhatsApp & Email as official communication channel

  • 20% cancellation charges will be applied if student/parents apply for refund.
